Great little binoculars. These binoculars are an excellent value. I found it very easy to adjust the pupillary distance and to quickly focus. There was a bit too much “play” in the focus wheel which I found annoying. That’s why I didn’t give these a 5 star rating. The images are crystal clear and the field of view is quite acceptable for such a small pair of binoculars. Due to the small size they are great for traveling and can easily fit in a coat pocket. I’m satisfied with this purchase, but would like to see that “play” in the focus ring issue addressed. Read more

These binoculars are decent for the price. I use them for excursions into nature to view all manner of critters. They work ok, but I would NOT recommend solely based on the cheap neck strap and the fact that it is glued into the body and cannot be easily changed for something more comfortable. If you buy these and use them for any length of time you will need to figure out a way to add padding to the existing STRING that they call a neck strap, or to somehow tie off and use said string to attach a real strap. Seriously…how much would it have cost to have designed it right to begin with? Read more

I have other Celestron binoculars and, for the price, they are great. I wanted an inexpensive, small, light binocular for hunting/backpacking so I ordered these. They are collimated properly (no double vision) but getting a sharp image is almost impossible. Because of the “almost” (I have gotten a semi-shape focus a few times) and the low price I didn’t return them. Read more

My 4 year old daughter wanted a pair of binoculars. I looked at the kids’ ones and they seemed overpriced for plastic. I decided to buy these based on the reviews. They come in a small box but are rather nice! They also come with a case to put on your belt and built in straps to wear around your neck. The first day she owned them the strap came apart and could not be fixed, it was glued on the binoculars. She loves them and I think the clarity is amazing! I was able to zoom in on items and see them very well. They are not heavy but they do have a solid build. One thing to be careful of, they do dent very easily. She has dropped them the last few days and they look a year old now. However, they work well and for that I am going to give them a high review. Read more

Probably best as a kid’s instrument. Not clear enough for serious observation. I think they are a reasonable value since they are so inexpensive, but expected a little better optics from the Celestron brand. Read more

Cannot beat this for the money. Low-light performance isn’t great but at this price I can afford to give a pair to the kids, keep one in the glove box, leave one in the deer stand, and throw one in my hiking pack and not have to worry about where the “good” binoculars are. Read more

The pair I received were either defective or very poorly constructed. They only maintained a focus in a tiny area in the center and even that was not crisp. I’d recommend comparing these with another pair of binoculars when you receive them. Since it is too late for me to return them I’m going to give them away. Read more

Tight solid construction, clear images in spite of low price; no they are not Zeiss but fine for clarity and trail. Case is cloth but more canvas than most, tough, light and durable. Down the trail we shall see but feeling positve. These are much better than price might indicate. Read more
