Seems ok I don’t know yet though, does not fit my marlin 60 will have to update late on function. But for now seems well built and clear so 3 stars until actual use/mount. Update Mounted and 0’d at 100 yards no regrets great purchase for my rifle But you will need to either order 3/8 rings, or a 3/8 rail I got a rail to bring the scope height to a more comfortable level I have put about 500 rounds through this rifle with this optic now, and I can say at 120 yards with a 22LR I’m pleased as well as impressed. I’m able to hit the target which is about the size of the bottom of a standard soda can 9 out of 10 shots. Yes the rifle is most of it but I could see a target that small from 120 yards out without this optic. So I would say if you need a 22 scope you won’t be disappointed with this scope. Once you consider bag for the buck this is an all around win. Read more

So I purchased this to fit on my Silver and Tan Marlin 30-30 and it matches the aesthetic so well. After a bit of wiggling I figured my scope out… We were attempting to sight this in and adjusting one or two clicks really made no impact on shot grouping … On a whim and and a laissez-faire I just cranked the windage knob far more than it should of needed and then I noticed it started to move on target…. so that in mind… I was able to zero her for 100yards in pretty short time afterwards. Mounted this scope on a Remington model 700 stainless, 220 Swift. It took about 9 shots from about 50 yards to have it dialed in. Very easy to work with, I really like it a lot. The last group would fit inside a quarter. Read more

This is a very good value for the money and very versatile. I own two of them: 1 mounted on my blackpowder muzzleloader and the other on my 10/22. Stands up well against shock, nice visibility and clarity through the scope – a bit blurry in substantial low-light. Once sighted in I was stacking rounds at 50yds with the 10/22. Once sighted in with my blackpowder muzzleloader, I was stacking rounds at 100yds and bagged 3 deer in a weekend, hitting my targets precisely where I had the crosshairs – 90yds. Recommend that users take the extra time and attention in getting the scope mounted (lok-tite screws) and sighted properly. Consistently using the proper/desired grain&ammunition will also make a huge difference on where your groupings end up on the target. There is no substitution for this process, and if done correctly, this scope will live up to and exceed it’s expectation. Funny when you stand it up against it’s $200-$500 competitors and it performs just as well. One star deduction for being made in CHINA. Read more

This BARSKA 3-9×40 Huntmaster 30/30 Riflescope is a good quality entry level scope, suitable for most hunting rifles. We have used this model on Savage Axis .308 and 30-06 rifles and have been very pleased with the performance. The scope has very clear optics and good eye-relief, which are the two main features I look for in a scope. Highly Recommended! CFH Read more
