I like them, and assuming they are gas charged I think they are a good buy, however, I was disappointed with how stiff the focus is. That complaint is likely be due to the cortisone shot I got in my index finger yesterday for arthritis, but no question these are stiffer than many binoculars I have owned over the years. Needed two fingers to move. They seem so far to be nice and bright, but I am also disappointed with the fact that they will not focus nearer than 75 or 80 feet or so away. I like the power, 7×50, so a nice wide field and 7 power is easier to keep steady. These will eventually be used in a Marine application, on a rocking boat. I am not going to throw them in the water to test, but they sure seem too heavy to float… Also, FYI, they are labeled made in China. Hopefully not in the last three or four months! LOL Read more

Bought them and love them. They do the job but you are not worried “what if” each time you use them. They are lightweight and gives great magnification. Read more
